This insulation production line consist of two sts of knurling machine ,one set of rolling machine and one set of testing machine.Pls see the schematic diagram.

Features;

1  Each machanical skid plateform takes the ball linear guide, ensuring the superior machining accuracy and the using life of the machine.

2  The motor drive control takes the INV, which reaching the variable speed and high stability.

3   The screw feeding takes the digital accountor, which is convenient and accurate.

4  The deceleration system takes the integrated motor and reducer, aesthetic appearance.

5  Knurling and stripping finished synchronously.

6. Can be apply to other two kinds of rolling machine(B style and SF-D style)

The first step of hobbing

The first hob performs  on the No.1 machine, its main usage is hobbing and stripping of the first group of thermal insulating aluminum alloy profile, which reaching the single stripping.

The second step of hobbing

The second step of hobbing perform on the No.2 machine, its main usage is the hobbing of the another group of thermal insulating aluminum alloy profile. Meanwhile, combining the first and second aluminum alloy profile. The combination performs on the hobbing machine and the transfer plateform.

Compounding rolling

With the rolling machine, roll extrusion the thermal insulating aluminum alloy profile. The rolling plays a key role in this process, and directly effects the quaility and status of the finished profile.

To get the predictable shearing force, enough pressing force is necessary.

Main function:

Hobbing and stripping to the notch of the thermal barrier aluminum alloy profile  by using two horniness knurling wheel.
